In astrology , there are 27 Naqshast and they are divided equally in group of 9 . Each group of 9 Naqshast form a Gan .
Ganas correspond to the energy of one of the three Lokas(worlds), Swarga Loka (heaven), Prithvi Loka (Earth), Mrityu Loka (Hell).
Swarga is the domain of Gods, and the Devas are said to live in the Swarga Loka.
Prithvi Loka is the domain of Humans, and that is where they reside.
Mrityu Loka is the domain of the demons and Rakshasas are said to live there.
Each of the 27 nakshatras are said to belong to one of these three classes.
Every class consists of 9 Nakshatras and as said before these 9 form a Gan
So we have 3 Gan ( 9x 3 = 27 )

1 They have come to live for Karama. They believe in doing Karams and beleive that you will acheive things only if you work for it.
2 They have foresitedness. In hindi we call it Door Darshita. This means that they don’t only live in present but also think about the future. Every step they take , they will think what effect it’s gonna make in future
3. They get scared ( frightened) some times. Its because they believe in Karma and think about the future. They are not happy go lucky. One part of the mind always work on above 2 points and this keeps them afraid of things
4. As they beleive in Karama , they are Givers. As we call it Daan Veer. They strongly believe if they help others , they will get help and if they cheat others they will get cheated.
5.Because they do good deeds , help their self respect is always high.
6. The Good Karama mostly makes them Rich or atleast well to do. Even if someone is not falling into this category of rich , they will work hard enough to become one.
7. They don’t run from hardships or hard word and keep working hard to acheive the things. This gives them respect in society. They get ” Yashogan”.

4. They believe in giving and would go extra mile to help others. They think giving is one way to get near to the God. They will make a routine to do daan and punya
5 They would take care of Under previledge around them. They would always feel for them and have sympathy for them. They will be givers. They will make it a point to take a pie from their plate and keep it for poor.

1 Overall the thinking of Rakshas Gan is Negative. Their thought is that accumulate what ever is possible as they might need it for future. They would think that tommorow’s needs would be bigger than today’s. Hence only thinking about themselves is the priority.
2. They are very stubborn . They might listen to others rarely and even if they do , they would do things that they think are right. No one can change their opinion but them selves.
3. They recognizes the negative energy around them and are able to tackle it with confidence.
4. They are always excited about the things. They are full of energy and they rarely get demotivated. They don’t get down easily. Nothing can demotivate them permanently.They will always find a reason to bounce back. They are self motivated.
5 They always aim for high. They would not be settled for what they have. They would always see a higher aim and would apply all their energy to acheive it.
